Raised on the SF Peninsula, Dr. Mason was first introduced to Chiropractic care in her undergraduate program at CSUS. Dr. Mason had been suffering from headaches, neck and back pain for 2 years following a motor vehicle accident. It was while completing her undergraduate degree that she had the opportunity to work at a chiropractic office in Sacramento, CA. It was here that Dr. Mason became a chiropractic patient and was finally relieved of years of chronic debilitating pain. During her time at the office, she witnessed patients finding the answers they desperately sought for chronic migraines, neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, and more. Since that day in 2001, Dr. Mason has made chiropractic a major role in her and her family’s health.

The changes in her own health and that of her loved ones, is what called Dr. Mason to a career in Chiropractic. After completing her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at CSUS, Dr. Mason continued on to pursue her Doctorate in Chiropractic at Life Chiropractic College West in Hayward, CA. Upon graduating in 2007, Dr. Mason took a brief pause to start her family and opened her practice in 2009 in Sunnyvale, CA. When the opportunity to move to San Mateo, CA arose in 2012, she leapt at the chance, as the Peninsula is where her heart is. She is helping those who suffer from acute and chronic health issues to regain good health, and she empowers them to maintain health and lead the life they desire.

When Dr. Mason is not in the office you will find her with her husband, daughters and extended family. She enjoys reading non-fiction historical books and will never turn away a good series of mystery cozies. On the weekends she enjoys boot camp with her fellow mommy friends and kids on one of our many San Mateo County trails. She loves to spend time camping with family and friends at one of our many lakes and forests. You will often find her playing a one of our many beautiful parks or visiting the local museums, zoos and beaches with her family.
